NormScan is a small, focused team. The work is real: finding unauthorized copies of technical standards across the publicly accessible web, documenting each one, and getting it removed. Quiet, evidence-led, and persistent.
The kind of people we work with
We're a specialist service, so the people who do well here tend to be specialists too, comfortable with detail, discretion, and getting a hard thing fully finished. In particular, we're always interested in people with a background in:
- Intellectual property, copyright, or standards-body operations.
- Detection, search, OCR, or applied machine learning over documents.
- Multilingual investigation and online enforcement.
- Building clear, audit-grade reporting that a board can read.
